The hotel's location near the train station was really convenient. the views from the park view room were amazing. i enjoyed the shower. It was great. the staff were lovely and helpful.
i found it a bit challenging to access the hotel directly. it starts on the 4th floor. the hotel had service i did not expect. i stayed at several hotels during my trips. i was surprised at how impolite they were to me.

Location is good. I walked about 5 minutes to Shibuya station. Miyashita Park is right there, so it was easy to reach the hotel. The shopping center below is new with modern design. There are convenient stores close.
Hotel staff isn't good. They don't smile when they help you. Self check in is not good. Staff were already there. It made the process worse. I would rather have someone do it.

The walk to the station was a bit further than i expected. Though the area is nice.

The cafe inside the hotel was a real bonus. rooms are modern and the beds are comfortable. having the park view was definitely a plus. the staff were attentive and friendly. They assisted whenever i needed help.
